Republic of Srpska

The flag of the Republic of Srpska consists of three horizontal stripes in red, blue and white. These Pan-Slavic colors symbolize freedom, unity and the historical and cultural heritage of the Serbian people. The simple tricolour reflects continuity with traditional Slavic symbolism.

The Republic of Srpska adopted its current flag on May 12, 1992. It serves as the official flag of the Republic of Srpska, one of the two constitutional entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and represents its regional identity and institutions.
