Queensland

The flag of Queensland is a British Blue Ensign featuring the state badge, a light blue Maltese Cross with an Imperial Crown at its center. The cross symbolizes faith and heritage, while the crown reflects Queensland's constitutional monarchy and historical ties to the British Crown.

Queensland officially adopted its current flag on November 29, 1876. The present badge replaced an earlier design and has remained the official symbol of the state for well over a century.
